A year in the making!

Well, it wouldn't have taken me a year if I could finish everything I start the day I start it! The nursing cover took me less than two hours so there's progress!

Anyway, these are so adorable. They do take a long time to accomplish so I either recommend doing it in stages or having someone else watch your kids!

They are really simple to make. You'll need a round ball. I used a foam ball typically used with floral arrangements. You'll also need a glue gun and crepe paper. You can do it any color that you want, white is always a nice accent color.

You cut strips of paper about 16 inches in length, crumple up the paper and then straighten it back out. Then you roll it into a flower! Once you get your flower looking pretty you cut the ends to make it easier to glue onto the ball.

Midway through the project I thought that I should have painted the ball white as well or gotten a white ball to begin with. I think the green one was cheaper!
